FOUNDATIONAL PROGRAMS for Adults & Teens
At this Foundational Level we have the BEGINNERS CLUB ('Square 1") which leads to the LEARNERS LAB. You can use an Electric, Classical or Acoustic Guitar, but most students use Acoustic Guitars in these labs.
ABOUT THE BEGINNERS "CLUB" Kick start your guitar playing!
These labs happen on a weekly ongoing basis and are designed for COMPLETE beginners brand new to guitar. Once you've mastered this level you will be ready to to progress further into the Learner Lab. But for as long as you want to stay in this Beginners Club - we'll have you playing simple songs and building a solid foundation. This is a great way to get started. These weekly, one hour sessions cover basic chords • how to read guitar tab • simple songs • exercises to toughen up those fingers • basic strumming technique • simple but fun riffs.
Unlike our other Guitar Labs this program doesn't have a start and a finish but keeps going and you pay your tuition fee monthly, $89 per calendar month, whether there are 3, 4, or 5 sessions, it's always the same. One hour per week.

Some students will only need a month of these lessons, but most will need two or three. Some will need more, it just depends on how much you can practice. But there's no better way to build a great foundation fast.

ABOUT THE LEARNERS "CLUB" Have fun building a solid foundation
TRY YOUR FIRST SESSION FOR FREE!
This is your all around foundational program to get your playing to a confident and solid level. These labs are designed for those who have mastered our Beginners club or those who have had an introduction to guitar of similar quality. Build your foundation & fill in the gaps! In the Learners labs we learn a bunch of songs and focus on strenghening our Strumming patterns • barre chords • power chords • extended chords • basic riffs • simple finger picking • simple lead lines • finger exercises • basic music theory • rhythm notation and more! You will learn how to play with other people and layer parts together to make great music. You will also get some performance practice and from time to time we bring in a drummer and / or bass player to work with you. Sometimes you will even get to do some recording and hear how you sound. There is no better way to learn than that!
With a monthly tuition system you can stay at this level as long as you need to before progressing into an Electric Lab or an Acoustic Lab at the Intermediate Level. There is quite a jump to the next level so make sure you've mastered the Learners Lab!
